Adding new users to the Platform

Currently you are unable to add a user via the platform. 

To add a new user with access to the platform, please submit a ticket via our Customer Portal and a member of our Cision Customer Support team will be in touch to confirm the user(s) has been added. They will also provide log-in details.

Quick tip: Please note that adding users may affect the cost of your NLA license. Due to GDPR regulations, Cision are unable to confirm any customer NLA license costs, however the NLA can be contacted at if you would like to check if there are any cost implications.
