Accessing your clips from your email alert

You can access your clips directly from your daily email Alert Your daily email will list your day’s coverage, and include important information on the individual clips, comprising:

• Name of publication
• Date published
• Journalist Accredited
• Relevant Keyword

1. Click on the headline of the article to access the full clip and enter the portal If you take summaries from us this will also appear under the link to the clip. 

Quick Tip: Your email alert is customisable with your logo, your choice of title, the introductory text, and sorting of data for your required view. 2. The first time you do this, you will be prompted for Your NLA login (if you are accessing NLA restricted clips). 

3. You are now in the MyGorkana looking at the particular clip you chose from your alert. 

If you have selected to view your clips With clip listing in Your Profile, a list of all the clips sent to you via that email alert will appear in a panel to the right hand side. 

Selecting Full screen in Your Profile will hide this listing but increase the size of your clip view. 

Quick Tip: Selecting With clip listing and clicking on the next clip listed means you don’t have to go back and forth into the email alert to view other clips. 

4. The data at the top of the clip gives you important information on the source of the clip, circulation, contact details of the publication and advertising rates if we have been given them.
