Saved Search function

The Saved Search functionality in the MyGorkana platform will alert you to updates suggested for your created lists. 

When saving a list, you will be presented with an option to save the search criteria you have used for the list. To save the criteria, tick 'Save search criteria'. 

Saved Lists are held in Folders. The magnifying glass icon indicates when a list has a saved search assigned to it. 

An exclamation mark indicates whenever your list has new updates. 

Click on the exclamation mark icon to view suggested updates for your list. You can select 'Suggested additions' and/or 'Suggested deletions' to update your list.
