Analytics Alert Management

Analytics alerts send charts and graphs directly to your email inbox on the day and time specified.  To learn how to create them, click here.

To make changes in these attributes, click the Person icon in the upper right-hand side of your toolbar and select Settings.

Select Alert Management from the Settings Menu.

You will see both News and Analytics alerts that are scheduled in your system.  To remove News Alerts, click here.

To delete the alert all together so that it no longer goes out, click on the trash can icon. To alter any scheduled alerts, click on the blue hyperlinked text under the Subject column.

Once you click on the Subject of the alert you would like to adjust a pop up will appear.

This pop up will allow you to edit:

  1. The subject of the email
  2. Who the email goes to
  3. Any message you would like to generate at the top of the email
  4. Which days that the email goes out
  5. What time the alert goes out
  6. If you would like this to continue going out or would like it to end on a certain date
  7. To save your adjustments, click Save
