Deleting Users

To remove an existing user’s access in the system, you will need to assign the user an Expiration Date that has occurred in the past. This will terminate a user’s access to the system immediately.

Please be aware that only System Administrators can expire users.

  • Select the person icon from the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select Settings
  • Select User Management

  •  In the User Management section, you will notice that users are organised by alphabetical order within their role. Click on a user’s name to open their User Profile.


  •  Add an expiration date which is any date before the current date to limit to stop access.


Once you have completed the profile, click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.


You will then see the name appear on the user list but in the bottom section amoungst the other expired user's if there are any.
