Combine lists

- Click Contacts – LISTS
- Highlight the boxes of the lists that you want to combine. Click COMBINE LISTS.
- Name the new list and select the folder My Lists to have the newly created list by itself or select one of your existing folders inside the My Lists folder to place your new list into – click CREATE NEW.
- The new list has now been created and the two original lists remains.
If there are duplicates of a contact in the new list, only one will be added. The database sorts by contact/media name. The same address can occur in the list if for example, more than one outlet has the same email address. When dispatching press releases, a duplicate elimination takes place. Even if the same email address is found several times, it will only send one email to the recipient.
