Handle a search

In this article will give you information about how to handle a created search, it is most helpful for those who have access to any of our databases.

Once a search has been created, all search results are listed in the tool.

The handling tool has several filtering options, such as Location, Scope, and Title.

With these search filters, you as a user narrow down your search even further, for example if you only want the contacts who are responsible publishers, you can in the “Title” column filter the result to “Responsible publishers” by clicking to “Responsible publishers”

This type of filtering can be done in all the columns, which makes it easy to filter the search to see if there are any responsible publishers at an outlet in Copenhagen that covers Business and Finance.

To get that result you will have to search for contacts in Denmark that covers “Business and Finance”. To then filter to “Responsible publisher” in the “Title” column and filter to “Copenhagen” in the “Organization City”. The contact that is left in the search result is the contacts that matches the search/filtering.
