Upload assets for different language versions

When creating a release with multiple language versions you will see the following view after choosing your recipients.

In this step you have the possibility to manage and upload assets for your chosen language versions.

You can either drag and drop your files into each section or click on “Upload files” to browse for them on your computer.

1. Import Word document. Import your release as a Word document to maintain the original formatting and layout.
   
   
2. Upload files. Upload assets such as images and documents. Please be reminded that financial reports should be uploaded under “Primary PDF attachment”.
   
   
3. Primary PDF attachment. Upload the full financial report here. Use “Upload files” if you want to attach a copy of your press release.
