Release by assistance

To get help from us to send a release, it requires that the material is sent to us via the portal. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Click RELEASEASSISTANCE.mceclip0.png

Choose the type of information your releases should be tagged as:mceclip1.png

If the release is regulatory, you may need to select categories for Nasdaq and EU Transparency Wire + FI depending on where you are listed. If you are unsure, you can either talk to your legal adviser or contact the stock exchange directly.

You also have the option to select the “Investor News” category for you Nasdaq non-regulatory news.mceclip2.png

For us to be able to work with your material, it is required that you send the release in a Word format. If you want to send extra attachments, such as PDFs or images, you can do so by clicking the ADD TO FILE button.                                                                                           mceclip3.png

Under the heading “Contact details” you add your contact information, this information will not be public. The information is for us to be able to contact the right person with questions or concerns.mceclip4.png

In the filed “Additional information for Cision’s Customer service” you can write special requests for the release, such as the recipients, if we should use a specific profile on your account or similarly.

 

In the last step, you will have to choose which time the release should be distributed. Either you set a time for a specific time when the release should be sent out, or to be sent “As Soon As Possible”.

 

In regard of handling press releases and invitations, we need 15 minutes of handling time per language version, from the time you call in and confirm the release. Regarding handling reports, we need 30 minutes of handling time per language version, from the time you call and confirm the report.

 

To handle your case, we ask that you always call and confirm you release so we have opportunity to ask questions or similarly.

 

When all the fields are filled in, click SEND.mceclip5.png

There are additional costs when using this feature. Also note that if you send you assisted release outside our working hours (08:00-17:30) there will be a cost in addition to our regular cost, as well as a set-up time of one hour after you have called and confirmed your release.
